English Cucumbers

English cucumbers are long and thin with smooth dark green skin. They are sold wrapped in plastic to protect their delicate skin and extend shelf life.  English cucumbers have much smaller seeds than a slicing cucumber leading to a sweeter flavor and smoother texture.
